Overall Polish stationary ergonomic action (21 locations, 2000 employees)

The activities included:

• Conducting ergonomic audits at the workplace for all employees of the Bank.

• Conducting a lecture / workshop on work ergonomics in each of 21 locations

• Implementation of office massages

• Implementation of exercises "healthy spine"

• Substantive contribution to leaflets and posters promoting the action

• Preparation of a detailed report containing information about all the regulations made at the workplace of a given employee.

• Preparation of a comprehensive ergonomic report summarizing the "ERGO Action"

All-country ergonomic action, on-line. Continuation of activities from 2018

• Development of a strategy, scenario, action together with the persons responsible on the Bank's side

• Preparation, recording and editing of 6 interview films on ergonomics

• Preparation, recording and editing of 3 films presenting exercises to be performed at work
